Our consultants will visit you to get a better understanding of your business needs. We will report back to you with our suggestions, demonstrate key aspects of our proposed solution, such as the relevant standard templates, and discuss the business procedures and options you intend implementing
Using the relevant standard templates as a reference base, NorthgateArinso's CRM consultants will work with you to define and document the fine detail of your requirement including any special areas where tailoring is required.
The Investigation phase consists of a series of system planning workshops which should be attended by the major stakeholders: senior management and key staff of the departments affected by the adoption of the new system. Each of these workshops should be chaired by the customer’s Project Champion.
Some decisions may require referral or further discussion. These and any other issues arising during the investigation process will be recorded onto an issue list which will be constantly reviewed and updated as decisions are taken during the system planning process.
The specification documentation will be produced based on the findings of the system planning workshops. This documents the business procedures to be adopted and the fine detail of any customisation that is required.
If the investigation indicates that customisation is required this can be carried out by NorthgateArinso, or alternatively, the customer's own technical staff can be trained to carry out this work.
NorthgateArinso staff will install the system at your site, working in conjunction with your own technical staff.
