New customisable dashboards have started to be rolled out to SalesNet users.
Throughout March, the SalesNet team has been working with department heads at various customers to identify the core requirements of members of each of their teams and build dashboards to support their individual tasks.
The aim is to progress through their workflow processes and identify regular tasks for each set of users and build a dashboard to enhance the speed and efficiency with with they can complete their work.
This process has enabled us to create a template containing five standard tasks which all users will need to undertake on a daily or weekly basis.
The SalesNet team took this information and used it to create customised shortcuts which are placed on the dashboard to allow users quick access to each of the tasks.
The flexibility of the dashboard also has other advantages to the end users. Firstly, they can take their three favourite worklists and embed them within their own dashboard for easy and fast access. in addition, users can change these worklists as and when required.
