End User Training

Internal users and field sales people should receive training, not only in the operation of the system but also in the operation of new efficient procedures made possible by the adoption of the system.

User training is delivered in half to one day sessions, depending on the breadth of the system that the customer wishes to install.

NorthgateArinso can provide direct end-user training, or provide a Train the Trainer service.It is also worthwhile enrolling some enthusiastic users as departmental mentors for their colleagues.

System Administrator's Training

The System Administrator's course is a two day course and covers all aspects of managing the system.

System Customisation Training

Your own technical staff can be trained to customise the system. The training is available at basic and advanced level, with each course having a duration of two days.
